Conducts inspections for potential clients.
Negotiate for the highest achievable rentals and term.
Understands and forwards more complex messages and instructions, and takes action accordingly.
Assists with preparation and submission of Tenancy Agreement, LOI, Term Sheet and Commission Letters.
Actively follows up with business leads and or referrals produced from either external or internal sources. · Receives or sends out messenger/courier items.
Performs miscellaneous job duties assigned.
